Connect with Oksana

Oksana is a certified Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga teacher.

Struggling with health issues, Oksana started to practice yoga intensively in 2018 when she discovered how yoga practice significantly affected her well-being.

With the knowledge she gained, she later dedicated herself to teach yoga to others to help them find a path to a healthy, happy, and conscious life.

Oksana completed a comprehensive yoga teacher training (including vinyasa, hatha, yin, prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, meditation, breathwork, and children's yoga). Her current style is Vinyasa, as well as Hatha and a combination of both.

Oksana's original practices are based on conscious movement, breathwork, and mental awareness, aiming to release strength, inner power, alleviate chronic physical tension, build self-awareness, and elevate energy levels.
